After a long time

Its a long time that I wrote something in this space. I just could not give the reason that “I am busy”. No I am not busy, there is no specific reason except that I am detracted doing other things.

Lot of things happened in AP politics in the past couple of months. The most surprising thing for me is Chiranjivi getting close to congress, I really doubt how long he can restrain himself from merging the party with congress. I don’t really know what good or bad it will bring him in the long run, but that is not what he said when he started the party. Now he talking as if only YSR family is caused all the corruption that happened in the last 6 years, which I believe is not true. I still remember Rosaiah talking about putting a defamation case against Sridhran the Delhi metro architect for the comments he has made on Hyderabad metro scheme. The Hyderbad metro project is now scrapped and new bids were invited when Roasaiah because the CM. Now Chiranjivi need to clarify on what basis he is supporting congress and what has changed in congress after YSR is no more in picture. To my best of understanding nothing has changed after YSR, the same a cabinet is there which is responsible for approving all these corrupted schemes.

The next thing is Telengana, I want to understand if TRS chief has any magic stick, so that he can change the fate of Telengana once it becomes a separate state. Now a days everyone talks about a separate state but no one cares to explain what good happens with a separate state or no one seems to have an agenda for improvement for Telengana as a state.

I still don’t understand why Devendar Goud has again joined TDP instead of going to Congress. Its very clear from the beginning that TDP is not going to support Telengana openly, now every TDP member of Telengana is in a fix what to do and what their future is. Lets wait and see what happens in December once the Sri Krishna commission gives a report.

Crime and Punishment: Separate Telengana Violence

In last one month we have seen violence in different forms in the state of AndhraPradesh as part of separate telangana hesitation. I am not going to delve into the matter of separate telangana movement. But my concerns is over the political parties latest demand for lifting of police cases over the students and political activists for the violence they had committed. With the recent sound bites from government sources, its clear that government is seriously thinking of actually lifting all those cases.

My one direct question to media and judiciary is why the cases should be lifted? When the culprits deliberately committed crime by destroying public and private properties. As a tax payer I am paying taxes for developing infrastructures in this country and the state of AndhraPradesh but one political reason destroys everything and worse no one gets punished for all the mindless destruction.

Let me clear one thing here, I am not pro or anti telangana. Separate telangana is something that is beyond my understanding and I am not going comment on that in this post. My concern is why the criminals are not getting punished? What government and judiciary is doing?

ఎన్నికల ఫలితాలు పూర్తిగా ఇంకా రాలేదు కాని ఇప్పటి వరకు వచ్చిన ఫలితాలను చూస్తే కేంద్రంలో మంచి రాష్ట్రం విషయం లో చెడు జరగబోతున్నట్టు అనిపిస్తుంది, ఇక్కడ మంచి చెడు ఎందుకు అన్నానంటే అర్ధం కేంద్రంలో సుస్థిర -ప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్రం లో మధ్యంతరానికి అవకాసం వున్నా ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడే సూచనలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి కాబట్టి.

రాష్ట్రం లో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడే సూచనలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి, అందువల్ల నష్టమో లాభమో తెలియని పరిస్థితి, ఎందుకంటే ఇప్పటికే జరిగిన నష్టం కంటే మరింత నష్టం జరగబోతుందా? లాభం ఎటూ జరగదని తెలుసు .సంతోషకరమయిన విషయం జయ ప్రకాష్ నారాయణన్ గారు అసెంబ్లీ లో అడుగు పెట్టారు, కనీసం అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలలో కొంతసమయమయినా ఉపయోగకరమయిన చర్చ జరుగుతుందని ఆశించవచ్చు.

ఎన్నికలు అయిపోయ్యాయి గోల్లుగిల్లుకోవడం చేతగాక ఎన్నికల తరువాత పొత్తుల గురించి అందరూ మాట్లాడుతున్నారు, కాని నాది ఒక చిన్న సందేహం, ప్రజాస్వామ్యం లో ఎన్నికల తరువాత పొత్తులు సమ్మతమేనా? మిగతా అన్ని పార్టీ ల మీద వాటి నాయకుల మీద చిరాకేసి నేను లోకసత్తా కు ఓటు వేసాను అనుకోండి, వాళ్ళు ఇప్పుడు వెళ్లి ఈ కాంగ్రెస్ తోనో లేక తెలుగు దేశం తోనో పొత్తు పెట్టుకొంటే నేను వేసిన ఓటు తప్పుగా ఉపయోగించుకున్నట్టేగా?

అబ్బ బాగా అలసిపోయ్యను అసలే ఇవాళ ఉపవాసం చేశాను, కరుణానిది గారు స్ఫూర్తి నాకు. ఆయనలాగే నేను కూడా టిఫెన్ చేసి ఆఫీసు కు వెళ్లి మళ్ళా లంచ్ వరకు ఉపవాసం చేశాను. అదేమిటో కాని ఆయనకు నిమ్మరసం ఇచ్చి మరీ ఇంటికి పంపారు నేను మాత్రం చచ్చి చెడీ మా ఆఫీసు లో గత మూడేళ్ళుగా తింటున్న రుచి పచీ లేని తిండే తిని నా ఉపవాసం ముగించాను. కరుణానిధి గారికి వచ్చిన పబ్లిక్సిటీ చూస్తుంటే రేపు జయలలిత గారు కూడా ఉపవాసం చేస్తారేమో. అవ్విడగ్గారు మొదలు పెడితే నేను కూడా రేపు టిఫెన్ నుండి లంచ్ వరకు ఉపవాసమే. కనీసం రేపన్నా నాకు ఎవరన్నా నిమ్మరసం ఇస్తే పోను.

మాలగ మలచిన కవిని నేను
అగ్గి రవ్వలను చేర్చి
ఆవేశపు జడివానను
జ్వాలగ మార్చిన విప్లవాన్ని నేను
జన చైతన్యాన్ని మేలుకొల్పి
వాహినిగ మార్చి
మార్గం చూపిన ఆలోచనను నేను
నిరాశను పారదోలగ
నేను వున్నానంటు
దైర్యం చెప్పిన ఆశను నేను
రాజకీయ సరిగమలను
రసరమ్య గీతికగ మలచి
పాలన అందించనున్న రాజకేయుడను నేనే”

ఈ కవిత సుమారు 9 ఏళ్ల క్రితం వ్రాసింది.ఈరొజు నా బ్లాగ్ చూస్తుంటే కనిపిన్చిన్ది.అప్పతి నా భావ జాలానికి, అప్పటి పదాల కుర్పూకు ఇప్పటికీ ఉన్న తేడా ఆశ్చర్యం. కలిగిస్తున్నాయి . ఆశ్చర్యం తో పాటు ఓ సందేహం కూడా,నేను చదివే చాలామంది రచయితల్లో సంవత్సరాల వ్యాసాంగం కొనసాగించిన వారు ఉన్నారు.వారి శైలిలో పదాల కుర్పులే వచ్చాయి అని వెతకడానికి ప్రయథ్నిన్చను.ఆ ప్రయత్నంలో భాగంగా ఇప్పుడు నేను చదువుతున్న” మధురాంతకం రాజారాం” కథల సంపుటీతో మొదలు పెట్టాను .ఈ నాలుగు కథల సంపుటాలు ఆయన 45 ఏళ్లు వ్రాసిన కథలతో కూర్చినవి. ప్రయత్న లోపం లేకుండా ఆయన శైలిలో 45 ఏళ్లలో వచ్చిన మార్పును వెలికి తీయడానికి ప్రయత్నించాను,పెద్దగా లాభం లేకపోయింది ఎందుకంటే పెద్దగా శైలిలో మార్పు లేదు,మొదటినుండి కథ చెప్పే విధానంలో అదే సౌమ్యత,అదే భవమ్.అప్పుదు అనిపించింది మంచి రచయితలు అందరు వారి శైలిని కొనసాగించడం తోనే గొప్పవారయ్యారేమోనని.

మీరు పుస్తక ప్రియులు అయినట్లయితే ఈ క్రింద ఉన్న సైటులో పుస్తకాల మార్పిడికి ఓ మంచి అవకాశం కలిపిద్దామని ప్రయత్నించాను.

జీవితం

ఏమిటో ఈ జీవితం అర్దం పర్ధం లేకుండా పోయింది, ఏదో పని చెయ్యటానికి బ్రతుకుతున్నట్టు ఉన్నది బ్రతకడానికి పనిచేస్తున్నట్టు లేదు. ఒక పుస్తకం చదవడానికి సమయం లేదు పెళ్ళాం పిల్లలతో గడపడానికి సమయం లేదు. ఇవన్ని వదులుకొని ఏమీ సాడిద్దామని ఈ పనో అర్ధం అయి చవడమ్ లేదు. ఇంత చేసి ఏమన్నా సృష్టి ని ఉద్దరిస్తున్నామా అంటే అదీ లేదు, ఎవడో అమెరికలో కూర్చున్నవాడి వెర్రి మొర్రి ప్రశ్నలకు సమదనం చెబుతూ వాడిచ్చే వాళ్ల రూపాయల కోసం ఆశ పడటం. ఆ ఆశతో ఇక్కడ మెడలు మిద్దేలు కొనేసి వాటి కోసం అప్పులు చేసి వాటిని నెలనెలా ఓ 20 సవత్సరాలకి సరిపోను తీర్చుకొంటూ ఈలోపల ఆ అమెరికాలో ఉన్నవాడు సుఖం గా ఉండి మనకి నెలనెలా డబ్బులు పంపుతూ ఉండాలని మనకి తెలిసిన తెలియని కోటిన్నొక్క దేవుళ్ళాకి మొక్కుతూ సుఖం గా బతుకుతున్నామని కనిపిస్తూ కనిపించడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తూ ఏమిటో మరి ఈ జీవితం.

ఎన్నికల ఉచిత వరాలు

ఇప్పుడు ప్రతిరోజు తెలుగు పత్రిక తెరవగానే కనిపించే విషయం పలానా రాజకీయ నాయకుడు పలానా రాజకీయ పార్టీ మీకు ఇది ఉచితంగా ఇస్తాము అది ఉచితంగా ఇస్తాము అనే విషయం కనిపిస్తుంది ఉచితంగా ఇచ్చేవాటిలో తినే తిండి నుండి వుండే ఇల్లు ఇంట్లో పెట్టుకొనే టీవీ వరకు ఏదైనా కావచ్చు. ఎ ఒక్కరు మేము గెలిస్తే మీ అంతట బ్రతకడానికి కష్టపడి సంపాదించుకోవడానికి అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తామని చెప్పడం లేదు, రాజకీయ పార్టీలకు జనం సోమరిపోతులై తమపై ఆదారపడి తామూ చేసే అవినీతి భరిస్తూ వాళ్ళు ఆశ చూపే బిక్షకు అర్రులు చాస్తున్న వాళ్ళగానే కావలి. అలా కాకుండా జనానికి అవకాశాలు కల్పించి కష్టపడే ఆలోచించే అవసరం అవకాశం కల్పించి చైతన్యం తీసుకు వస్తే తమకు తమ పార్టీలకు మనుగడ కష్టమవుతుందని నమ్మకం వాళ్ళకు తెలిసిన నిజం.

ఈనాడు పల్లెలకు వెళ్లి చూడండి ఎంత డబ్బు ఇస్తామన్నా ఓ రోజు పొలం పని చెయ్యడానికి మనిషి దొరకడు ఒక వేళ దొరికినా ఏదో పని చేశామనిపించుకోనేవాళ్ళు తప్ప, పనిలో ఒడుపు తెలియదు తెలిసినా చేసి ఎవరిని మెప్పించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. మారుతున్న ఈ పరిస్థితులకు రాజకీయులు వారు చేసే రాజకీయాలు ఒక్కటే కారణం కాదు గానీ ఇది ఒక ప్రధాన కారణం. నాకు తెలిసి ప్రజాస్వామ్యం లో జనానికి అన్నీ ఉచితంగా ఇవ్వాలని గాని ఇవ్వమని గానీ ఎక్కడా ఎవరూ చెప్పలేదు. ఓ వేళ ఇచ్చినా అసహాయులకు నిజంగా అవసరం లో ఉన్న వాళ్ళకు ఇచ్చి ఆదుకోవలసిన బాధ్యతతో ఇచ్చి ఆదుకోవాలి గానీ ఇలా ఓట్ల కోసం జనాన్ని సోమరి పోతులుగా తాయారు చేస్తూ నాశనం చేస్తున్న ఈ అధికారం మాత్రమె అవసరంగా అవధిగా వున్న ఈ రాజకీయాలు ఎన్ని రొజులో.
